Ribbon Cutting Ceremony – Aircraft Flow Through Fuel System at Kunsan AB
The ribbon cutting ceremony for the ’19-Aircraft Flow Through Fuel System’ was held at Kunsan AB on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 1:00 pm. As the construction of two new 5,000BBL aviation fuel storage tanks and refueling facilities, we delivered the facilities to the US Air Force in time and with excellent construction quality. In addition, the US Army Corps of Engineers (FED), the client, highly praised our excellent safety management capabilities as there was not a single safety accident during the past three years of construction.
The ISO 45001 “Safety and Health Management System” certificate
On March 17, 2023, we obtained the ISO 45001 “Safety and Health Management System” certificate. We will continue to do our best to manage safety and health at our headquarters and sites.
2023 Safety Team Workshop
Our safety team held a safety team workshop on Saturday, March 11, at Namhansanseong. In order to internalize risk assessment, which has been emphasized by the recent Serious Accident Punishment Act, our safety team will provide intensive training to site safety managers on the newly created practice plan. We would like to thank and encourage the safety team for their hard work.

Conduct fire safety drills in the event of a fire
On February 23, 2023, a fire safety drill was carried out at the new construction site of HB Building in Hwaseong Plant to better prepare for a potential fire incident.
The Public Open Medical Innovation Centre at Hwasun Chonnam National University Hospital
This is the site of the Public Open Medical Innovation Centre at Hwasun Chonnam National University Hospital.
At present, underground structure work is ongoing in the Medical Innovation Centre Building, as well as in the underground parking lot.
The progress is proceeding as planned, and all staff on-site are working hard to create the best construction quality and safety standards.
