The building is scheduled to be completed on June 30, 2026, with 4 basement floors, 16 floors above ground, and a gross floor area of 6,256.92 m2.

Road levelling work has begun in earnest, and we are actively managing the safety of vehicle traffic above all else.
All site staff are working around the clock to ensure the road is opened as soon as possible and to ensure safe construction.

To ensure the safety and health of our employees and workers during the heat wave, we have set up the
“Heat Shelter Samil Café” is installed and operated at the site to protect the safety and health of employees and workers during the heat wave.
The shelter provides rest areas, bottled water, ice machines, and saline tablets,
We also ensure that workers take regular breaks in accordance with the heat wave risk level response regulations.
All employees at the site are actively working to create a “Bright & Clean (B&C) Site”, which is the motto of our site safety and health management, to prevent safety accidents from occurring.
The erection of steel frames is currently being finalised with a process rate of 31.5%.
Despite the rainy season and heat wave, all employees on site are working hard to ensure safe construction.
The site has been selected as an excellent site for safety management, and all of our safety managers are planning a tour.
We have once again been awarded the highest rating of “AAA” by the Building Societies Credit Rating Agency (valid from 24 May 2024 to 30 June 2025).
For the 18th consecutive year, we have received the highest credit rating among construction companies, demonstrating our financial stability.
On Wednesday, 29 May at 10:30 am, we held a comprehensive CPR and AED use and disaster safety drill for our employees at our headquarters.
The training focused on “CPR and AED use in the head office and fire drills in case of fire”.
The training covered the necessity of CPR, how to use an AED, operation of fire alarms, reporting procedures, quick evacuation, and use of fire extinguishers and hydrants, and all employees practiced the drill in a realistic situation.

On the afternoon of April 19, 2024, we signed a contract for the new construction of the Magic Chef Building in the history room of our headquarters.
The Magic Chef Building is located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with 16 floors above ground, 4 basement floors, and a gross floor area of 6,256.78㎡, and is scheduled to be completed in June 2026.
