Q3 2023 Staff Dinner at Headquarters and Major Sites in Seoul
On September 22, 2023, we hosted a company dinner for the staff at our headquarters and major sites in Seoul.
Due to COVID-19, we hadn’t held this event for the past three years.
The purpose of the dinner was to recognize the staff’s hard work throughout Q3 2023 and to pledge unity and determination to lead Q4 and the following year, 2024, successfully.

The Lifting of Existing Girder of Nambu Expressway Flattening Project
On Sunday, April 4, 2021, we completed the lifting of the existing girder in the direction of Gimpo Airport at the site of the Nambu Expressway flattening project under construction.
The girder lifting work was carried out from 9 p.m. on Sunday, April 4, to 3 a.m. the next day, after securing a detour road and implementing vehicle control, so that the girder lifting work was completed safely and completely.
The Seongseo Elementary School Cafeteria, Gymnasium, and Kindergarten Site
This is the site where the Seongseo Elementary School cafeteria, gymnasium, and kindergarten are being constructed.
Currently, we are excavating the ground for the permanent nailing work. We are committed to ensuring exceptional quality, and are on track to complete the project by January 2022.
The Inauguration of Anyang Stream Crossing Pedestrian Bridge (Geumcheon Hannae Bridge)
On May 31, 2021, we inaugurated the Anyang Stream Crossing Pedestrian Bridge that we constructed.
The bridge, which began construction in May 2019, spans a length of 201 meters and has a width of 4.5 to 15 meters. It is the first cable-stayed pedestrian bridge over Anyang Stream.
Today marks the official opening ceremony, and the bridge will now be known as the “Geumcheon Hannae Bridge”.
The Construction Site of Sampo Tourist Pension Hotel
This is the construction site of Sampo Tourist Pension Hotel, which is under construction by our company in Goseong-gun, Gangwon-do.
We broke ground in May 2021 and are currently in the midst of excavating the basement level, and we are doing our best to ensure high construction quality even in the heat.
The Completion of Mass Production Facility of International Standard Natural Drug Ingredients in Hwasun
The construction site for the mass production facility of international standard natural drug ingredients in Hwasun, Jeollanam-do, which we started in May 2020, was completed in July 2021.
The Samseo Scholarship Foundation for a Scholarship Award Ceremony
On 29 July 2021 (Thursday), the Samseo Scholarship Foundation held a scholarship award ceremony.
This year’s event was held through a non-face-to-face video conference to support social distancing due to COVID-19.
The Samseo Scholarship Foundation, which is celebrating its 13th year, awarded scholarships to six scholars, and has provided scholarships worth KRW 420 million to a total of 217 scholars so far.
The Completion of Kijoo Industrial Company Headquarters
The Kijoo Industrial Company Headquarters in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, which we broke ground on in May 2020, has been completed.
The New Twosome Place Eumseong Factory
This is the construction site of the new Twosome Place Eumseong factory in Eumseong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do.
The construction started on 10 July and is currently under structural steel work, and is scheduled to be completed in June 2022, and we are doing our best to ensure high quality and safety.
