This is the construction site of HB Building at Yuhan Chemical Hwaseong Plant.
With the ultimate goal of safe construction, all staffs at the site are working hard to meet the SRC structure construction schedule.
On 15th December, Mr. Kim Hyung-jin, the safety manager of the Nambu Expressway flattening project which is currently under construction, was presented with a safety citation by Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon for his important contributions to the project from the initial phase.
Having served in the company for 29 years, Mr. Kim expressed his commitment to ” thoroughly manage construction safety so that not a single serious accident will occur until the project is completed”.
Despite the cold weather conditions, the site staff with the site manager are vigorously drilling the CIP for the current underground excavation.
Construction of the BTR structure is currently in progress, and the site team is working hard to alleviate traffic congestion and ensure safety during the construction process.
The underground parking lot of Yeoksam Cultural Park in Gangnam-gu, Seoul officially opened on December 16, 2022.
An underground public parking lot and an above-ground cultural park were constructed in Yeoksam Cultural Park next to the Kookkiwon, with a total parking capacity of 247 cars on the 1st to 4th floors and a total floor area of 10,736㎡ (3,247 pyeong). In particular, the above-ground cultural park was named “Rest Garden,” a cultural healing park, and has been transformed into a new local attraction with a waterwall and a media façade.

On November 30, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., the ribbon-cutting ceremony was held for new Monami Cosmetics factory in Yongin Techno Valley Industrial Park in Yongin.
It is a specialized cosmetics production plant with 1 basement, 4 floors, and a gross floor area of 14,343.1 ㎡, equipped with state-of-the-art CGMP facilities.
Monami presented us with a plaque of appreciation for building a factory with the highest construction quality in the shortest time and without any safety accidents.
The excavation work for the basement level of the Public Open Medical Innovation Center Building is almost complete and is preparing for full-scale structural work, while the underground parking lot building is undergoing diaphragm wall work.
Staff at the site are working hard to ensure safe construction as their top priority.
On the morning of November 1, 2022 (Tuesday), we held a groundbreaking ceremony at the site of the new HB Building of Yuhan Chemical Hwaseong Plant in Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do.
The new HB Building of Yuhan Chemical Hwaseong Plant has 6 floors and a gross floor area of 9,709.43㎡, and is scheduled for completion in October 2023.
We will do our best to provide the best construction quality with safe construction as our top priority.
On-site staff are working hard for full-scale RC structure construction.
All site staff with the site director are working hard to complete the works scheduled for 2022, such as the BTR opening and Oh-Ryu IC structure construction.
In particular, since the project is located on the Nambu Expressway, which is very busy with traffic, we are working to ensure the safety of vehicles and pedestrians first.
