This is our 2022 “Construction Guarantee’s Annual Credit Rating Report”.
We have been granted the highest rating of “AAA” again this year, marking our 15th consecutive year of receiving this rating. We will maintain our industry-leading financial position to grow into a more trusted construction company for our clients.
The 64th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders was held on 24 March 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in the main conference room on the 7th floor of our headquarters.
With safety emerging as a significant social concern, we aim to enhance our company culture to prioritise safe construction on site.
Specifically, we have implemented a safety and health management system in compliance with the newly enforced “Serious Accidents Punishment Act,” with guidance from safety management consultants and law firms.
On 9th February 2022, Chief Safety Officer Kim Sung-ho conducted a video seminar for all Site Managers and Safety Managers in order to establish this system at all sites as soon as possible.
We will continue to invest in facilities and training for safety and health with close management to prevent any accidents.
On the afternoon of 1 December 2021 (Tuesday), the award ceremony for “Architectural Masterpiece” was held for the outstanding construction company of the year selected by the Council of New Architects and the Korean Institute of Architects.
We have been selected as a “Master of Architecture” for five consecutive years, starting in 2017 and ending in 2021.
On 29 July 2021 (Thursday), the Samseo Scholarship Foundation held a scholarship award ceremony.
This year’s event was held through a non-face-to-face video conference to support social distancing due to COVID-19.
The Samseo Scholarship Foundation, which is celebrating its 13th year, awarded scholarships to six scholars, and has provided scholarships worth KRW 420 million to a total of 217 scholars so far.
