On Friday, January 19th, 2024, we held our fourth quarterly health and safety management meeting for fiscal year 2023. During the meeting, the Chief Safety Officer reviewed our safety and health initiatives over the past year.

1. implementing a hazardous work pre-approval system
2. conducting daily risk assessment meetings
3. training and encouraging employee participation in the introduction of smart risk assessments
4. confirming the contents of the risk assessment with workers during TBM

While the above initiatives have been evaluated on a site-by-site basis and have achieved their objectives, we have set a new target of achieving 100% workers’ participation in smart risk assessment by fiscal year 2024.

We will ensure that safe construction is thoroughly implemented in accordance with our safety management standards to prevent serious accidents at all sites.

We are currently working on the early opening of the Oryu IC Bridge and relocating a 1200mm water supply pipe at the Nambu Expressway Flattening Construction Site.

Our staff is dedicated to ensuring the safety of both traffic and pedestrians during the main line flattening work.

Today, we are curing concrete on the ground floor of the basement. We are striving to ensure the highest construction quality. All workers are participating in a smart risk assessment procedure using their cell phones.

This is the LOTTE Wellfood Gimcheon Factory Expansion Site.
We finished pouring concrete for the mat foundation of the basement level.
All employees at the site are doing their best to ensure safe construction.

On January 16, 2024, we held a safety prayer ceremony for construction of HB Building BAY-2, Hwaseong Plant, Yuhan Chemical Co.

As we enter the new year 2024, we decided to create a positive company atmosphere with fresh ideas and active efforts .

In particular, we will promote the stable development of our company through enhanced safety construction on the site.

In 2024, we wish our employees all the best.

On December 29, 2023, we held a ceremony to close out the business year of 2023.

The executives and employees of our company, who have worked very hard this year, gathered at the headquarters to celebrate the successful year of 2023.

Even on the last day of the year, there were many executives and employees at many sites who worked hard. We especially remembered their hard work.
