Currently, the work progress rate is 36% and steel structural work is underway. All staff including the site manager, are striving for safe construction.

On the morning of 27 December 2021, we carried out a practice “Fire Suppression and Evacuation Drill” at the new construction site of Twosome Place Eumseong Factory.
The head of safety management, under the leadership of our site director, conducted comprehensive training and practical exercises on fire reporting, fire extinguisher usage, and speedy evacuation for all subcontractors and workers.
We will continue our company-wide efforts to prevent safety accidents and fires in preparation for the implementation of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act from 27 January next year.
On the afternoon of 1 December 2021 (Tuesday), the award ceremony for “Architectural Masterpiece” was held for the outstanding construction company of the year selected by the Council of New Architects and the Korean Institute of Architects.

On the morning of 15 September 2021, a groundbreaking ceremony was held at the site of the new Monami Cosmetics Factory in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do.
The Monami Cosmetics Factory will have one basement floor, three floors above ground, and a gross floor area of 11,753.75㎡, and is scheduled to be completed in July 2022.
The Kijoo Industrial Company Headquarters in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, which we broke ground on in May 2020, has been completed.
